Jason Wexler, President of Business Operations for the Memphis Grizzlies was the speaker at the NEXUS October session. Jason is an innovative and authentic leader who shared his thoughts on “Planning as a Leader.” A few points that he included were: be a forward thinker, invest in the organization, and give attention to your customers and details. He encouraged everyone to do their own thing and find their own voice. Ask questions to find the best way and be patient!
