Tanya shared that it has been paramount in her career to ask questions and be curious and she has developed that into her superpower. Her message encouraged leaders, that you don’t have to have it all figured out to move forward – invest in yourself and stay curious. She said, “You are not your past or your future. You are the architect of what you want your life to be.”
