“If success is certain you are not dreaming big enough” –Todd Richardson

Todd Richardson, Associate Professor at the University of Memphis and Co-Leader for the Crosstown Development Project spoke at the NEXUS October session. Todd is a true visionary and spoke on the topic of “Dreaming as a Leader”. He shared his dream and how he and his team have made the Crosstown Development Project happen. Crosstown Development Project is changing Memphis and revitalizing an entire neighborhood. Through working together with many partners this dream on a paper plate is real. “Better Together” was a message Todd reiterated because it took an entire team with expertise in different areas working together to make this dream a reality. He encouraged all NEXUS participants to DREAM BIG like he did years ago.
