NEXUS Alumni Audrey Willis, Chief Innovation & Programming Officer at CodeCrew will lead this NEXUS workshop on Actual Intelligence: Using AI to Lead with Clarity and Courage.
This hands-on session introduces leaders to practical, ethical uses of AI as a leadership support tool—not a shortcut or substitute for wisdom. Participants will learn how to use AI to clarify decisions, surface blind spots, delegate thinking tasks, and build a “personal board of directors” that supports strategic leadership, spiritual grounding, and operational execution. This is a bring-your-laptop workshop focused on real leadership scenarios, not theory.
