Ericka DeBruce, Chief Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Officer for ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will be the NEXUS Class of 2024 December speaker. Ericka will share about Leadership and Diversity and Inclusion. Alumni are invited to attend; please make a reservation with NEXUS.

Ericka has more than 20 years of experience leading diversity, equity and inclusion efforts at global Fortune 500 companies such as Unum, Sedgwick, and BAE Systems and nonprofits including American Cancer Society and American Red Cross, Blood Services.

Her specialty is creating safe learning spaces where employees can make connections across differences and engage in dialogue that creates culture change through her deep understanding of human behavior and organizational psychology.

Ericka holds a degree in Speech Communication from Bradley University and a Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management Certification from Georgetown University located in Washington D.C.
