NEXUS is excited to have Tanya Hart, Senior Executive Vice President + Chief Human Resources Officer for First Horizon Corporation as the speaker for the October 6 NEXUS Session. Tanya will speak from her experiences and on the leadership topic of “Leading with Questions”.
Tanya Hart is the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for First Horizon Corporation.

Tanya’s community involvement includes serving as secretary and executive member of the Brooks Museum of Art. She previously served on the boards of Junior Achievement of Memphis, New Memphis Institute, and First 8 Memphis, and on the University of Memphis Foundation Board as treasurer, board member, and chair of the Nomination and Governance Committee.

Hart’s accomplishments have earned broad recognition, including being named a Super Woman in Business by the Memphis Business Journal; selection to Savoy Magazine’s Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America (2022, 2024); inclusion among The Network Journal’s 25 Influential Black Women in Business; receipt of the Memphis Business Journal’s HR Impact Award; and membership on First Horizon’s award-winning Most Powerful Women in Banking Teams in 2022 and 2024, as recognized by the American Bankers Association (ABA).
